Heath Brunton, Director
Heath is a lawyer of 25 years, with extensive local and international top-tier experience. Before founding Fulcrum Law, he was a partner at leading global law firm DLA Piper.
Specialising in commercial property, Heath has experience across all real estate sectors and asset classes.
Heath focuses on transactions and development projects. He has acted for owners and occupiers on some of New Zealand’s largest design-build lease projects for industrial and office premises. He also has experience in various public-private procurement and partnering arrangements for social and affordable housing projects.
Heath is actively involved in the property industry. He led the recent major review of the Property Council of New Zealand’s standard form leases, resulting in a consistent suite of modernised templates reflecting current market practice.
Heath is recognised as a Ranked Individual by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.
