A.P. Moller-Maersk Coldstore
Ruakura Superhub
Acted for Maersk in negotiating its ground lease in the newly developed Tainui Ruakura Superhub. Completed in February 2024, this is Maersk's largest investment in New Zealand. The facility is situated on a 40,000m² site and comprises 18,000m² of coldstore warehousing together with associated offices. The facility has a range of sustainable features and aims for a high sustainability rating of Greenstar-5 or Greenstar-6.

Foodstuffs North Island Support Centre
Auckland International Airport Industrial Park
Acted for Foodstuffs on the design build lease of its 75,000m² ambient distribution centre and 8,500m² head offices located at Auckland International Airport. This was the largest single leasing transaction, and the largest industrial building, in New Zealand when transacted. The office base build and fully integrated fitout both achieved Greenstar-6 ratings.

Acted for Te Ākitai Waiohua in negotiating a sale and purchase and development agreement with MBIE on behalf of the Crown in relation to part of the Manukau Super Clinic site, 11.32ha in total, to include over 500 new residential units together with associated infrastructure and ancillary commercial activities.

Acted for Foodstuffs North Island on the sale of its former Auckland distribution centre, situated on a 13.12ha site owned by Foodstuffs for five decades. This was the largest single asset industrial transaction on record in New Zealand at the time. There was a broad range of interest from the market both domestically and internationally. Goodman acquired the property on a leaseback arrangement until Foodstuffs moved to its new purpose-built facility at Auckland Airport.
Fonterra Centre
Wynyard Quarter
Acted for Goodman on the design build lease of Fonterra's 16,000m² head offices at Wynyard Quarter, Auckland. The seven-storey office building has 193 carparks - 189 of which are located in a 4-level basement, constructed below sea level.

Acted for Metro on the design build lease of its 16,500m² facility at Highbrook. The building, developed by Goodman, replaced Metro's four existing buildings and plant with one large facility, using its own glass products throughout.
